Over 71 years combined experience in fabrication, installation, and repair. Our custom fabrication process generates product that is truly unique and unlike any other product on the market today. The Process

Bid / Estimating
To get a general idea of the cost in upgrading your counter tops please request a bid. We provide free bids based on your drawings. When submitting drawings be sure that dimensions of your cabinets (or other structures) are clearly defined. We'll adjust for standard overhang unless you note otherwise.

On-site Consultation or Showroom
Ready to move forward? Come by our showroom or contact us to have a representative come to you. We come prepared with samples for stone, solid surface, and our new line of eco-friendly materials. High quality sinks and faucets are also available.

Our on-site consultation includes:

• Material Samples
• Sink and Faucet Selections
• Edge Finishing Options
• Extended evaluation to provided a more accurate estimate

Template
Once you have approved the estimate the next step is to get an accurate template. This process allows our fabricators to custom cut your new countertops to fit exactly.

Important things to know before templating can commence

• All structures (cabinets, walls, etc) that the material will rest upon or between, must be installed
• Range and sinks (under-mount, over-mount, slide-in, farm-style, etc) are on location and preferably installed where applicable. If you purchase these items through us, we will have the necessary items on-hand or pre installed for templating.
  
• Back-splash or other dimensional wall finishes that come in close proximity are confirmed and noted to our field technician.
• Faucets: Although we can bore for faucets at time of installation, it is preferred to know what faucets will be installed so that all fabrication can be performed at our facility.
  
• Receipt of down payment (Down payment information available at time of bid acceptance)

Fabrication
After all materials for your job are confirmed and received at our facility, we can begin the fabrication process. We perform all jobs at our facility and staff the best fabricators in the industry.

Considerations before fabrication commences

• Receipt of all materials needed for the job. This is so we have no surprises or last-minute changes which can alter the fabrication process and affect the quality and accuracy of your counter tops.
• Acceptance of counter top material delivered. We work directly with area slab yards to have your material of choice delivered to our location. On rare occasions we may find that the slab will not meet fabrication requirements due to material defect or sizing. For the most part we can work around it. In instances where a work-around is not possible you will be notified immediately to discuss alternatives.

Delivery / Installation
Just one step away from enjoying your new counter tops! At the time of fabrication we will contact you to set-up a installation date and time. We require a 2 hour time window for arrival on site. This may vary depending on your geographical location.
